Plot: Flynn (Mads Mikkelsen) and Charlie (Storm Reid) continue their journey. Night comes as the two take to what is seemingly a shortcut. Flynn steadily eases the bike past bodies of humans, Charlie looks forward, wanting to avoid them. The two stopped just outside a nearby forest, Flynn reaches for his bag and grabs out two gas masks. Charlie seems confused at first but realizes they’re in a toxic environment. She grabs the mask, putting it on as Flynn drives into the forest. He focuses on searching for the nearest exit, Charlie can’t help but look at the dead and rotten trees.

Most of them look straight out of a horror movie. Flynn stops the bike after hearing a distant noise, he stops and gets off the bike, grabbing Charlie and rushing behind a tree. She’s shocked to see Flynn this spooked, right as she utters a word, he covers her mouth. As a loud distant growl sends shivers down her spine, Flynn quickly holds his rifle close and behind writing in his book. Legend says there’s a monstrous bear who’s gone rabid over the toxin in the area, she freezes in fear as distant footsteps can be heard. He looks around and writes her to stay.

Flynn leaves her with a flare, he nods and leaves her be, all alone. Quickly approaching, the bear growls louder than an engine, spooking Charlie. She holds in her breath as it slowly passes the tree she’s behind, she looks at its rotten fur and dirty bloodied skin. Before crying, she notices Flynn on top of a tree, her eyes shoot up as he drops down and sticks poison-laced grenades into its back. Charlie throws the flare, as Flynn waves for her to run as fast as she can. She quickly sprints away, right as she does, Flynn causes an explosion killing the bear. But at the cost of him being violently smacked into a tree, Flynn blacks out.
