Season 1 Episode 7 - Cannibalistic Intention

Plot: Flynn (Mads Mikkelsen) and Charlie (Storm Reid) continue on their journey, along the way he shows her the ropes on how to adapt to the environment. After killing a few birds along the way, she feels like she could easily kill anything. A few hours pass and they’re stopped at an abandoned bridge, Flynn writes down that they need to cross it since the shelter is only a few miles away. Charlie holds on tight as he drives across the platform, she tries her best to not look down, of course, she does and sees corpses all over the ground underneath.
Flynn steadily makes it past the bridge, after successfully crossing he makes sure Charlie is okay. After a quick pat on the back, Charlie hugs him, she thanks him for everything he’s done for her. Flynn as usual gives no response but goes in to embrace her. Until someone lunges at them from afar, Flynn pushes her off him and speeds the bike forward, after gaining a good distance, he grabs his rifle and stops out to see who it is. Charlie is grabbed and pulled away, right as Flynn identifies the attacker.
His eyes widen as the cannibal leader (Tom Payne) from before has followed them, he calls out for Flynn to put down his rifle. Charlie struggles to get out of his grasp, he has no choice but to agree to his terms. Flynn drops his gear and slowly walks towards the cannibal, he demands him to get on his knees, yelling it loud and furiously. He obliges and gives Charlie a concerned look, she stops moving and lets go. With one swoop, Flynn whips a machete and subdues the cannibal. Charlie leaps away as the cannibal fights back, he lunges at Flynn only to be thrown back onto the ground. Flynn breaks his throat and mercilessly kills him.
